Client Relationship Manager

Client Relationship Manager is the primary contact for the client.
Services provided by the firm are facilitated through the CRM. Primary services provided by AJM Consultants and whose delivery is the responsibility of the CRM include, but are not limited to:

The CRM shall maintain the role of Plan Advisor and Financial Expert to the client. The Client Relationship Manager is responsible for strengthening the organization's relationships with its existing clients as well as develop relationships with new ones. This position works with various service providers or vendors in order to align resources and provide the best experience to the client.
Primary Responsibilities of CRM:
Identifies and promote product cross selling.
Develops and documents standard operating policies and procedures.
Mantains client corportate intelligence.
Focused on continual improvement in quality, delivery, availability and overall exceptional service.
Maintains responsibility for client reviews, strategy updates and independently serves as proxy for clients through frequent meetings/discussions covering financial strategy, new products and market developments.
Executes a proactive, creative and on-going contact initiative intended to identify and satisfy clients' needs.
Coordinates with portfolio management, products specialists/portfolio managers and client service staff to organize all services.
